The 2025 Performance Improvement Conference​
Our research team, Dr. Rose Baker, Justin Chevalier, Sanket Patole, and I presented at the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) Conference, demonstrating how AI chatbots can strengthen social support by guiding users through honest conversations rather than canned replies. The presentation highlighted practical ways to make digital support feel human, responsive, and dependable. The 2025 International Conference on Communication in Healthcare​
I had the honor of presenting my ongoing research on the convergence of digital innovation and healthcare. The aim is to promote a forward-thinking approach to communication and advocacy to improve quality-of-life outcomes.
